Lue Williams is working with The Barrow Group as an apprentice, a combo of classes, workstudy and organizing readings.

Lena Georgas starred in the movie Refuge with Linda Hamilton, written and directed by Mark Medoff.  Filmed this past summer it is scheduled for a 2010 release.  Lena also appeared recently in two recently aired episodes of Flash Forward.

Jeff Marlow is currently playing David O. Selznick in 'Moonlight and Magnolias' for McCoy Rigby Entertainment at the La Mirada Theatre (http://lamiradatheatre.com).

Caroline Gordon-Elliott  and her husband Nathaniel have started our own production company (www.LittleFeetProductions.com) where they offer a number of production and post-production services, including shooting TV and web commercials, editing, color correction, shooting and editing actors' reels, music videos, and photo retouching.  Caroline continues to write scripts for both screen and film.

Najla Said has written a full-length play, Palestine, that will have a six week Off-Broadway run produced by Twilight Theatre Company, beginning February 9th, 2010. 

Nilla Watkins recently graduated from Maggie Flanigan's two-year,
intensive, full-time Meisner conservatory program.  Nilla is producing and starring in a short film (to be shot in early December).

Mark Shanahan will direct a production of The 39 Steps at The Alley Theatre in Houston in early February.  He returns to the Alley in late March to appear as an actor in Harvey.

Megan Byrne is appearing in Absurd Person Singular at The Denver Center.  She will then appear in a new play getting its premiere at The Denver Center, When Tang Met Laika by Rogelia Martinez.

Theseus Roche played a ten foot tall old woman in LA MOME BIJOUX at the VOICE 4 VISION PUPPET FESTIVAL at Theater for a New City in December.  La Mome Bijoux, the enigmatic subject of Brassai’s Paris photographs, come to life in the form of a giant puppet.

Anna Hayman is the Associate Producer for the Foundry Theatre Winner 10 Obies, 2 Drama Desk Nominations. Producer  of The Provenance of Beauty a.k.a. the play on the bus.

Other producing credits include Angela's Mixtape by Pulitzer and Tony nominee Eisa Davis for the Hip Hop Theater Festival & New Georges, and 2 seasons each with Reverie Productions and Classic Stage Company.

Damon Lopez-O’Dwyer and Nick Garfinkle report that “We are writers who continue to battle the Hollywood machine with enough success to call ourselves professionals, but not enough (yet) to call ourselves rich.”

Alex Cohen-Spiegler stage managed Crash! at the Interart Theatre Annex for Roots & Branches.  She appeared in Kafka Parables, a Columbia University MFA project in December.  She also appeared in  A Christmas Carolwith Once Upon a Time, Inc. This was her third year with the company (She played Belle, Mrs. Cratchit and several other ensemble members.). They toured to schools and nursing homes throughout the Tri-State area in December.

The DASH Ensemble presented the World Premiere of Sundowning at Joyce SoHo in early December, 2009. Wilmore.  The DASH Ensemble is  a group guided and founded by artistic director and choreographer Gregory Dolbashian.  Greg received his training at the Alvin Ailey School on a fellowship scholarship and then graduated cum laude from SUNY Purchase dance conservatory were he studied composition with Kazuko Hirabayashi. Since then he as gone on to dance and choreograph with a variety of artists, performing withPatrick Corbin, Nelly van Bommel, Sylvain Emard, and The Chicago Ballet. He was resident choreographer for both Chicago Ballet's spring season in 2008 and CorbinDances in 2007. He was selected as one of four emerging choreographers in the Springboard Montreal intensive run by Julliard's Alexandra Wells, where he created and premiered his first international work. Gregory's work has been presented in New York at the Reverb Festival at the Alvin Ailey Theatre, SummerDanz at Dance Theater Work Shop, Symphony Space and at the Gershwin Hotel. The company will next appear in January 2010 on the program of Dance Gotham at the Skirball Center.

Tara Merdjanoff  has been doing cabaret variety shows.  Her most recent was  THE MERDJANOFF HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR!(An evening of song, laughs and general holiday merriment), at The Duplex in Manhattan.

The CD of Vanities with music by David Kirshenbaum was released digitally on ITunes on Tuesday, December 15th.  The physical CD follows about a month later, but they aretaking orders on the website:

In January David goes out to TheatreWorks in Palo Alto to their annual writer's retreat for the first time in five years,  this time, however, to work on his plays rather than on a musical.

Jordon Ferber continues to do stand up comedy.  He’s producing a weekly show at Zinc Bar 0 82 West 3rd Street, between Sullivan and Thompson in the West Village – Straight Up Stand Up.  Jordon hosts the show himself and books three or four other comics to perform as well.
